When i was child, one of my parents said:
"Don't tell anything to anyone, because people will against you, will talk bad of you, will blabla.
You have to keep everything inside on you".
As adult, i see that sentence is one of form of controlling behavior. To control other people perspective.
In the deepest down inside, its one of sign about insecurity to feel accepted, good, and worthy.
After many experience over the years, i learned to keep millions of things inside on me.
Because not everyone (even family) deserved my honesty, my journey, my thought, my feeling.
